Garage Living Richmond, VA Reviews: Real Results, Premium Service

Chase Smith and Garage Living upgraded my 1-1/2 car garage in August 2024. Since the garage is small, I need to make the best use of the space. Chase and his helper Javier installed new cabinets, slat wall, and a polyaspartic floor coating. They were professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. They truly put the customer first. The garage is much more beautiful (and functional) than I ever imagined it could be. Please see the before and after photos below. I do not hesitate to recommend them if you are considering a garage project.

Chase and the Garage Living team are among the best contractors we’ve ever hired. We talked to several garage flooring and cabinetry companies about our project and Chase was the most responsive, detailed, and creative. Chase visited our house while it was under construction, developed a very helpful 3D rendering of the proposed project, and walked us through it in detail. He took time out of his weekend schedule to meet us at his office so we could see the products in person and finalize our choices, and narrowed the scope to exactly what we needed. Work started and finished on time, with Chase and his team accommodating our tight construction schedule, despite needing to work extremely late each day to ensure everything was done on time and to the highest quality. We had a minor hiccup with a garage opener and Chase handled it without any deliberation or hesitation. Our garage is one of the favorite parts of our new house: it is highly functional, looks great, and is easy to maintain. From the initial conversations to the conclusion of the project, Chase and Garage Living did an incredible job. We are truly satisfied customers, and will be happy ambassadors for the company and Chase specifically for many years to come.

I’m so happy with my new garage!!! It’s well organized, clutter free and oh so beautiful:) Chase and his team did a fantastic job creating a space that works specifically for my needs and of course addressing those little things I’ve been dreaming up for some time! The flooring, slat walls, hidden storage and lighting are just perfect for my small space. It feels so much bigger, and oh so exciting to pull into. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to improve the functionality of their garage and increase the value of their home. Communication is key and Chase always kept in contact. Well done Garage Living Richmond! I love it! Melissa C.

Best experience! We love our garage living makeover. I attempted an epoxy kit myself, and… it didn’t work out well or last very long. Learn from me! So, we had Chase and garage living come and remove and then do a new epoxy flooring for us. It looks awesome, and is high quality, way better quality than what I used from Benjamin Moore. While he was there, I thought why not add some overhead storage, and then to top it off I had slat walling and additional storage added. Chase went above and beyond with amazing attention to detail. His prices were great and his products were even better. I had also thought of doing an off label slatwall product myself, but once I saw the difference in quality, durability, and strength. I couldn’t help but choose garage living. We are so glad we chose Chase. No regrets! The garage looks amazing. Wish I’d done it earlier. Thanks Chase!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Chase for the installation of my Wildfire Exotic Car Lift in my garage, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From start to finish, the team demonstrated the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and promptness. They were incredibly accommodating, working around my schedule to ensure a smooth installation process. The attention to detail and care they took while installing the car lift was impressive, ensuring that everything was set up perfectly and safely. The Wildfire Exotic Car Lift itself is a top-tier piece of equipment. It boasts robust construction, ensuring durability and reliability. The lift’s advanced hydraulic system provides smooth and precise lifting, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking to safely and efficiently manage their vehicle storage. Additionally, the lift features state-of-the-art safety mechanisms, providing peace of mind during operation. Overall, I highly recommend Garage Living for their exceptional service and professionalism. Their expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stand out.
