Garage Living London Customer Reviews and Project Feedback

We had Garage Living London do a full garage renovation with flooring, slatwall, cabinets, bench area, lighting, and accessories. We cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. Lauren provided a prompt and highly professional quote. The renderings were incredible and it’s unreal how close the work came out to what was provided with the quote. She was thorough, clear, and made the initial planning phase incredibly easy. I reached out on a Friday and she came and did the quote Saturday afternoon which was a 90 minute drive. When it came time for the actual installation, the crew—Mitch and Ryan—did an excellent job. Their work was excellent, efficient, and they paid great attention to detail, leaving the garage looking flawless. They were totally trustworthy to have at our house and very pleasant and engaging. They were always willing to answer questions and do the extra small things. What really sets this business apart, though, is the leadership. The owner, Todd, has been wonderful to deal with. His follow-up and ongoing consultations have been honest, straight forward , and deeply appreciated. It is rare to find a business owner so genuinely committed to customer satisfaction even after the main job is done.

This is my second time using Garage Living, first time using London location. From the very first email I knew I was in good hands. Lauren was always quick to respond and when onsite quickly took stock of my situation and was able to quickly translate my needs into a fantastic solution. The folks who came to install were professional and courteous, cleaning up after themselves. Happy to answer our questions and ensure we understood how to use and maintain our components. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. Only downside is we don’t have another garage to work with them again!

We couldn’t be happier with our second garage transformation by London Garage Living! From design to installation, Todd and his team were incredibly professional and detail-oriented. The floor turned out amazing—even though the original concrete was far from perfect, they made it look flawless. Lauren nailed the design and even added thoughtful touches we never would have considered ourselves. Outstanding experience from start to finish—highly recommend!

Simply 5 star. All involved in our project (Todd, Lauren, Josh, Ryan) were professional, meticulous and great to deal with. Our project included the floor and wall cabinets with butcher block and sink. Fixing mistakes from the original builders work added to the scope of the project for Todd's team. We are thrilled with the finished project! It's too nice to use now! We highly recommend this team. T&S

I cannot say enough to convey how extremely happy I am with the supply and installation of a new concrete floor finish, a vehicle hoist and storage cabinets in our garage. Todd and the installation team at London Garage Living as well as all the sub trades provided excellent customer service and were very professional throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend London Garage Living to anyone looking to have their own garage makeover completed. -
