TAL AVIRAM

Tal Aviram has been a serial entrepreneur for over 30 years as a teen, having started his entrepreneurial career launching a very popular gourmet pizzeria on Mercer Island in Washington State after high school. Tal later franchised his brand to foreign investors in China, travelling to China to open 3 more restaurants and nurturing a passion for Operations Management.

Tal accrued extensive real estate investment experience, having owned three of the largest marinas in South Florida, several high rise builds with over 1 million square feet of office retail and industrial space, and been the primary developer for several high rise condominium buildings and warehouses, all in excess of $500M USD of development.
