A veteran of the airline and logistics industry for more than 30 years, David enjoyed a storied 19-year career at Southwest Airlines, a $20 billion Fortune 500 company. David served in several executive leadership positions while at company headquarters at Dallas Love Field, most recently as Director of Cargo Marketing and Business Development for the $150 million air cargo division of Southwest Airlines.
David developed creative consumer advertising and marketing promotions to support corporate branding goals and distributed through media/print, testimonials, themed promotions, and marketing/sales collateral. His extensive expertise includes Southwest Airlines “servant-leadership” development, airline operations, air cargo operations, cargo warehouse planning, supply-chain planning, marketing and advertising development, territory sales management, and strategic business planning.
David earned his Masters of Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Marketing at Arizona State University.
David has been married to his wife Kendra for 33 years, and they have three children. David enjoys classic muscle cars, auto/aviation shows, and traveling the world with Kendra.

What is the most exciting part of becoming a new franchise owner?
The ability to utilize my business skills developed at one of the greatest marketing and customer service-oriented companies in the world…Southwest Airlines, and apply those business skills to develop a robust, and customer-centric Garage Living franchise business serving the Dallas/Fort Worth customers.

Kendra has led an illustrious career of more than 30 years in commercial real estate, focused on asset management, property management and leasing. In addition to asset managing retail centers, office and mixed-use projects from San Francisco to New York City, she has developed and led operational platforms to manage large portfolios for companies such as Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs company), RED Development, Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management and Cypress Equities.
Passionate about adding value through asset repositioning, Kendra enjoys helping others realize their maximum potential as leaders through their professional endeavors and building high-performance teams that produce results.
Kendra is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has held numerous leadership roles including Texas State Director from 2012 to 2015. She graduated from the Arizona State University in 1983 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Kendra married her college sweetheart 33 years ago and is excited to build a new Garage Living business with him. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to movies and traveling the world with Dave.
