Thomas’ hands-on experience in building fences and decks not only helped him pay his way through college but also ignited his passion for construction and delivering excellence in every project. After selling his corporate business of 18 years, Thomas decided to reconnect with his initial love for construction and embarked on a new venture as the owner of Garage Living, helping individuals and families transform their living spaces into the homes of their dreams.
Karen, as a Realtor and organizer extraordinaire, acts as the client liaison for all projects. By streamlining the logistical aspects, she will minimize disruptions to your daily routine and ensure that the project progresses according to plan.
Together, they understand the importance of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, which they bring to each garage renovation undertaken by Garage Living. They are committed to exceeding client expectations by delivering outstanding results that stand the test of time.
When not building dream garages, Thomas and Karen chauffeur kids, play golf, travel to beaches and mountains, and work on keeping their classic Chevys on the road and out of the shop!
